Blackstone Labs Returns & Refunds Policy

NON FAULTY GOODS

If you have had a change of heart you must return the unused item to Blackstone Labs unused and in its original condition within 7 days for a refund (This applies to website orders only).

Each returned product must include all parts, accessories, instructions and packaging, etc.

This includes items such as plug covers.

Please note that if security seals are broken or if blister packaging/original packaging has been opened then the product is not in its original condition and therefore you will not be refunded any postage cost incurred by the customer/yourself Please contact a member of our Customer Services team on 01254 672528 (or email info@blackstonedistribution.co.uk) and they will instruct you on how and where to return the items.

All you pay for is the postage cost of returning the goods. For expensive items, we recommend that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature on receipt, as this insures the package in case it goes missing. The product will remain your responsibility until it has been signed for at the returns address.

We do not accept responsibility for products lost or damaged in the post. We regret that we cannot accept returns on the following non-faulty products:

1. The products(s) has/have been personalized, made to order or customized in any way.

2. The packaging or any of the individual product components, has been damaged.

3. The product(s) is/are perishable.

The non-faulty product does not arrive at Blackstone Labs in a resalable condition.

In this case, we will not be able to offer you a refund. We will call you to arrange to send the product back to you and to take payment for the subsequent delivery costs. Blackstone Labs also offers a credit return policy. This applies to any non-faulty product (as mentioned above) that we cannot refund (for any reason mentioned above).Blackstone Labs will be more than happy to receive any non-faulty package back and offer you a credit of the equal amount to spend on any other Blackstone Labs products you/customers may wish. This does not apply to faulty products. Please see below for our returns policy on faulty products.

Blackstone Labs reserves the right to make a choice regarding refund depending on the case and situation surrounding it.

FOR FAULTY GOODS

If the product you have ordered is faulty you have 7 days from receiving goods in which to return it.

Parcels or items damaged in transit must be verbally reported to Blackstone Labs before 3.00 pm the next working day following delivery, and also by email within 3 days.

Please contact a member of our Customer Services team 01254 672528 (or email info@blackstonedistribution.co.uk) and they will instruct you on how to return the items to us and issue a Returns Authorization Code. Failure to do this will delay your return being processed.

How do I return something?

To make a return, we’d recommend using your local Post Office’s 'Royal Mail Signed For' service. Don’t forget to ask for a proof of postage/receipt when you do - this is just so that if anything happens (which is rare), it can be chased up.

We encourage you to double check that your return is packed securely and the address is clear and visible on the outside of the parcel. Please also include your name, order number, and the reason why you are returning your product on a note and pop that in the return’s parcel. This’ll mean we’ll be able to handle your return as efficiently as possible.

What if I’ve received an incorrect item?

If you could please get in touch with a picture of anything incorrect and of your receipt, ensuring that it's showing the 'picker and packer' details on the top-right, we’ll aim to get back to you with a resolution within 24 hours.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our returns process is really straightforward: If you have a faulty item, contact customer services to obtain a returns number (RMA) and return it to us as soon as possible and once we have checked it over and verified that it's faulty, we will either repair it (if agreed), supply you with a replacement it or issue you with a full refund (including shipping costs) - it's your choice! We cannot send pre-paid shipping labels for returns, but if your item is found to be faulty we will refund additional shipping costs at standard Royal Mail rates. If you do need to return an item to us, you must include the RMA number (inside or outside the packaging is fine), so your return can be processed properly.

You have 7 days from the date you make your payment to cancel your order, however as we aim to ship all items within 24 hours you can return the order to us unopened and in its original condition to receive account credit or a full refund (customer to pay shipping costs). When returning an item, it is your responsibility to ensure that the correct postage is paid, the goods are correctly packaged and a tracked postal service is used if required.

How does it work if I want a refund?

We’ll always refund you to the payment method used at checkout. Once a refund has been issued, it can take up to 5 -7 working days (excluding bank holidays and weekends) for your bank or PayPal to put the funds back into your account, but it's usually the same day.
